So tomorrow morning I will start my adventure as I head out to Barcelona, Spain. I will be serving as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for the next 18 months. As I email friends and family once a week, my sister in law will post all my pictures and stories on this blog for anyone to read that might be interested in following my journey. I cannot wait to serve and teach the people of Spain all about our faith.
I have a testimony of this gospel and the joy that it can bring to people's lives. I know we have a Savior that loves us and cares about us. I know God lives. I know He loves us. I know it because I can feel His love on a daily basis. I know that Joseph Smith is a true prophet of God. I know that true happiness comes from living the gospel. I know that The Book of Mormon is the word of God and that by following its teachings, we can return to live with our Father in Heaven again someday. I love this gospel.
